Radulescu si Asociatii provides assistance and legal representation services to clients for commercial, civil, criminal and administrative-fiscal issues. Our work follows the procedures performed in courts, the Court of Arbitration, the criminal prosecution bodies and the bodies with administrative work - judicial.

Given the length, the costs and risks involved in a dispute settlement procedures before the courts or the courts of arbitration; our firm provides services including assistance and legal representation in pre-litigation proceedings and in dispute mediation proceedings.

Our goal is to fully and exactly understand our client's interest and to identify the risks arising from a conflict. After assessing the situation, we advise the client in order to adopt the optimal strategy for conflict resolution through negotiations or legal action.
