RADULESCU SI ASOCIATII provides legal services for the contracts negotiated by our clients and the drafting of the contractual agreements.

The services will be provided having as basis of thorough discussion with each client, discussions during which we will make sure we understand the client’s objective and we will identify the risks to which each client is subject to.

We assist and support in the negotiation of the contractual agreements, in order to be clear and complete.
Among the firm's projects in this area, we can mention the assistance given to CARGUS associates in the selling of their shares to DHL.
